- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W31P4Q-04-C-0114. The US Army Contracting Command proposes to issue a modification to contract W31P4Q-04-C-0114 with Raytheon Company, 350 Lowell Street, Andover, MA 01810, for the procurement of upgraded M818E2 fuzes and redesigned M818E3A fuzes. This acquisition requires the production of 6 new M818E3A fuzes and the upgrade of 21 existing Japan owned M818E2 fuzes to M818E3A configuration, as identified in MIS-53854 and ECP MI-M0424. It is expected that this will be a firm fixed price modification to the contract. A cost plus fixed fee contract line item number is anticipated for the repair of Government furnished equipment. Raytheon is the only manufacturer possessing the technical expertise and experience to produce and upgrade fuzes to the M818E3A configuration. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
