- Description
- The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) intends to award a Sole-Source procurement with Customer Expressions for maintenance and user license renewal fees. The Government intends to make this award for a period of one year. FinCEN requires hosting maintenance and support for I-Sight Software. A sole source to Customer Expressions is intended for this order. I-Sight is proprietary software developed by Customer Expressions, who exclusively support the application. This application is already developed and in use by FinCEN. This is a renewal of annual maintenance. No solicitation document is available. The Bureau of the Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than five days after publications of this notice. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the requirement, at terms more advantageous to the Government. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response. If no affirmative written response is received, that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all the requirements, and that is more advantageous to the Government, we intend to make a sole-source award to Customer Expressions. Telephone inquires will not be accepted. Other Information: Electronic submissions, in response to this notice, shall reference FIN-16040-09-0111 and be sent to the attention of Melissa Coplin and e-mailed to psb1@bpd.treas.gov. Electronic submissions must be received no later than 2:00 PM ET, Thursday, July 23, 2009. Please note that an RFQ document is not available at this time. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No solicitation document is available. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
