- Description
- The US Army Carlisle Barracks has a requirement for Emergency Mass Telephone Notification System upgrade. This requirement will be sole source to Dialogic Communications Corporation (DDC) as it is the manufacturer of the current Telephone Mass Notification System, Franklin, Tennessee. DDC is the proprietary owner and maintainer of the system that is used for Crises Response Teams and Organizations and is shared by Mission Partners on and off the installation. NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 and the size standard is $25 Million. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Detailed capabilities may be submitted to MICC-Carlisle Barracks, Attention: Stacy Ling, 314 Lovell Avenue, Carlisle Barracks, PA 17013; e-mail: Stacy M. Ling@us.army.mil by 4:00 p.m. 27 July 09. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. This synopsis is not a request for bid or proposal. No solicitation is available.
