- The 42nd Contracting Squadron located at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a Sources Sought purchase order to The Richardson Company, 13 Creekwood Lane SW, Lakewood, WA 98499-1239 for the purchase of "Sid Story DVD 1 Year Lic 1000 users; Positive Discipline DVD 2 Year Lic 1000 users; Working without a Script 2 Year Lic 1000 users; Would I Follow Me? 1 Year Lic 1000 users; Would I Inspire Me? 1 Year Lic 1000 users; Leadership Pickles 1 Year Lic 1000 users; Peer Today, Boss Tomorrow 2 Year Lic 1000 users; and Extraordinary Leaders 2 Year Lic 1000 users" for the Air University Eaker College. This requirement will consist of a 12 month base period 1 Sep 2009 - 31 Aug 2010 and consecutive option years beginning 1 Sep 2010 - 31 Aug 2014. This requirement is a brand name procurement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. "Only One Responsible brand name and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This will be a firm, fixed price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, if there are other businesses that can satisfy this requirement, they must respond to this notice with supporting documentation of their capabilities before 1:00 pm CST on 30 Jul 2009. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
