- Description
- Selective demolition of unfinished commercial structure (hotel), materials re-use and/or disposal and haul-out road stabilization. The SARI hotel is approximately 20,000 sq. ft. located on National Park Service property, Estate Judith's Fancy, St. Croix, Virgin Islands. This project is 100% set-aside for HUBZone business concerns in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.13. The PSC is Z199, the NAICS is 238190 with a size standard of $14.0 million. The cost range for this work is $250,000.00 - $300,000.00. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 27, 2009. Inquiries should be held until after the solicitation has been posted.
