- Description
- Provide Elevator Maintenance and Repairs at the E. Prettyman Courthouse (USCH), William Bryant Courthouse Annex, US Tax Court, Taylor House, Cosmos Club Washington, DC. This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside sealed bid procurement with award being made to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. The procurement will be for a period of one year with the Government having the unilateral right to extend the services for 4 additional period of 12 months. This is firm fixed price procurement. Prices for the option period will be escalated in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 on August 05, 2009 in Room 1212 of the E. Prettyman Courthouse (USCH), 333 Constitution Avenue, SW Washington DC 20001. GSA will only be issuing electronic copies of the solicitation; no paper copies will be available. Electronic copies of the solicitation will be issued on or about August 6, 2007. A site visit of each of the buildings will follow the pre-bid conference. The NAIC code for this procurement is 238990. The following information must be provided to Fred Miller no later than August 10, 2009. The name, address and phone number of the company. Name(s) of personnel attending the pre-bid meeting along with the last four digits of their social security number.visit. All personnel attending the pre-bid conference will need to have a picture ID preferably Drivers License to enter the buildings.
