- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER RFQ379692. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR'S UNDER FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE, CATEGORY 56 412 51 FOR INSTALLATION. THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, SAVANNAH DISTRICT WILL BE ISSUING AN ORDER USING AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) FUNDS TO PROCURE WORK NECESSARY TO DESIGN, TO PREPARE DRAWINGS, DATA, INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, TO MANUFACTURE, TO SHOP TEST, TO PREPARE AND LOAD FOR SHIPMENT, TO DELIVER F.O.B. DESTINATION FOR THE HARTWELL POWERHOUSE LOCATED IN HARTLELL, GEORGIA: i. low voltage, metal-enclosed, deadfront type switchgear assembly using drawout power circuit breakers for use in 60 Hz ac systems, rated 600V or less ii. low voltage, metal-enclosed, deadfront type distribution board using molded case circuit breakers for use in 60 Hz ac systems, rated 600V or less iii. metal enclosed, deadfront, type distribution board for use in 120VAC 2 wire, ungrounded system using molded case circuit breakers iv. metal enclosed, deadfront, type distribution board for use in 125VDC 2 wire, ungrounded system, using molded case circuit breakers THOSE CONTRACTOR'S CURRENTLY ON FSS THAT HAVE NOT ACCEPTED THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF THE RECOVERY ACT MODIFICATION TO THE GSA CONTRACT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS ACQUISITION.
