- Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract pruposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is to renovate Sun Plaza Park, at Malmstrom AFB, MT, and includes all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. Project scope to include repair of landscape and installation of a new irrigation system. It will include replacement of all picnic tables, benches, barbeque grills, and pavilions, demolition of Sun Plaza Park Road, expand the existing park, and construct a new parking lot. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 30 July 2009. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 31 August 2009. The Performance Period for this project is sixty (60) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available by electronic transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://www.ccr.gov/. All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 30 Sep 09, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/ ). The magnitude or this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
