Description
RECOVERY - THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING FUNDED VIA THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). Please be advised that the awardee of this contract will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), which requires that each contractor, and first tier subcontractors, be subject to reporting its ARRA funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public. More information can be found at www.recovery.gov. The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, has a requirement for construction services necessary for Universal Accessibility Modifications, in compliance with the American with Disability Act (ADA), at multiple campgrounds and Visitor Center located near Canyon Ferry Reservoir, Montana. The principal work under the requirements includes the following: 1) Miscellaneous earthwork; 2) furnishing and installing colored concrete parking slabs and sidewalks; 3) furnishing and installing aggregate surfacing; 4) furnishing and installing concrete parking bumpers; 5) installing Government-furnished fire rings; and 6) Asphalt removal and repair. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 238110. The Small Business Size Standard applicable to this project is $14.0 million. The range of magnitude for this project is $ $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. This procurement will be awarded using an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Sealed Bid, set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 14. This procurement is advertised on an unrestricted basis. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small and large business concerns. An electronic copy of the solicitation is anticipated to be made available APPROXIMATELY on or around AUGUST 27, 2009, at www.FBO.gov. Bids are anticipated to be due on or around September 30, 2009. These dates may be subject to change at the discretion of the Bureau of Reclamation. Prospective contractors shall have an active registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to the award of any Federal Government contracts; for more information visit www.ccr.gov.
