- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912ES09T0065. Roofing and Siding Replacement Eau Galle Recreation Area, Eau Galle, Wisconsin This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being issued under the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act The Government intends to issue Soliciation number W912ES-09-T-0065, as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for installation of roofing and siding replacement on the metal-clad office building at the Eau Galle Recreation Area, Eau Galle, Wisconsin. In conjunction with the residing and reroofing, the repair and/or replacement of some window and door flashings will be required and several metal-framed windows and doors shall be repainted. The siding and roofing materials used for this project shall be the standard product of a metal building system manufacturer. The metal building system manufacturer must have a minimum of five (5) years experience as a qualified manufacturer and a member of MBMA of metal building systems and accessory products. The contractor who will be responsible for erecting/installing the work of this project must be approved and certified by the metal building system manufacturer. The NAICS Codes associated with this procurement is 238190 with a small business size standard of $13 Million. The estimated magnitude of this acquisition in terms of price is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Businesses in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19. This Solicitation will be posted on or about 16 July 2009.
