- RECOVERY: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR HATCH POINT ROAD AGGREGATE 2009 LOCATED IN SAN JUAN COUNTY, UTAH.THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) (RECOVERY ACT) OF 2009.The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue an Information for Bids (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract to supply, deliver, spread, shape, water, and compact 58,000 tons of 1" aggregate untreated road base material on approximately 13 miles of aggregate surface road. The work is located in San Juan County, Utah. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a standard size of $33.5M.The cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.This acquisition will be advertised on a restricted basis as 100% HUBZone Set-aside.
