- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a sole source purchase order to Tennessee Technological University (TTU) to provide travel arrangements and support for international cement hydration experts and minor administrative expenses associated with conducting the International Summit on Cement Hydration Kinetics and Modeling that shall be held at Laval University, Quebec City, Quebec, Canada from July 27, 2009 to July 29, 2009. TTU was selected by the National Science Foundation as the contractor to coordinate the participation and travel reimbursement for the cement hydration experts selected to attend the International Summit on Cement Hydration Kinetics and Modeling. Therefore, TTU is the sole-source who can provide travel arrangements and support for the International Summit on Cement Hydration Kinetics and Modeling. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is July 27, 2009.
