- Description
- Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, tools, labor, materials, and supervision necessary to provide inspection, diagnosis and recommendations, mobilization, containment and work area preparations, repairs, and removal for Insulation IDIQ Repairs at the General Services Administration, Heating Operation and Transmission District. The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, and indefinite quanity contract as a result of the solicitation. This solicitation is totally set-aside for small business concerns. The contract performance is for an initial 12 month period, with the option to extend for four additional 12 month periods. Prevailing wage determination and clauses will apply. The NAIC Code is 238290/238310 and the small business size standard is $12,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on/about August 17, 2009, and the due date will be on/about September 18, 2009. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically.
