- Description
- The OO-ALC/PKESA, Hill AFB Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Fixed Firm Price contract testing stand console to the responsible quoter whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. The 309 EMXG is responsible for repair and testing of the multiple Paveways II models (Part Number 362833-1, 333231-1, 837752-3, 2054137-1, 147100, 247100, 3180325-1, and 2252788-1), hereafter referred to as the Paveways. This workload is currently tested using the Bomb Guidance Kit Test Set (AF Stock Number 4925-01-069-0010NM) and the 373 Paveways field tester (AF Stock Number 4925-01-462-6830NM). This Presolitation is notice for solicitation, which will be issued on 3 August 2009 and due on 31 August 2009, for a viable, cost-effective solution to re-hosting the Paveways II test capability to an existing test system, the Geotest TS 217 (AF Stock Number 4935-01-551-5123) or equivalent. The Purchase Description, which will be included in the solicitation, which details the proposed tasks required to complete the test capability re-host, including all hardware, software, and documentation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOpps (FBO) website. All current / future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, Amendments, purchase specifications, and Q&A's will be distributed through FBO. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
