- Description
- The government intends to award a contract for the rehabilitation of the White Spar Campground for the Prescott NF. The project involves rehabilitation of 34 of the existing 62 campsites at White Spar Campground, which is located off Highway 89 approximately 5 miles south of downtown Prescott, AZ. Work consists of but not limited to leveling, placing and compacting aggregate surfacing contained by new concrete edger, and installing one fire ring at each of 34 campsites. Some sites require concrete or aggregate trails and concrete steps. Sites will require removing and resetting existing boulders and installing government furnished metal posts filled with concrete. This project will be solicited IAW FAR 19.10 Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation package will be posted on or about 3 Aug 2009.
