- THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement is a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside and will ONLY be competed among our existing VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contractors. The following is the list of our current SDVOSB IDIQ contractors. VA261-C-0415 Joseph Murphy Construction VA261-C-0412 KOO Construction VA261-C-0422 Patriot Construction VA261-C-0419 Pulliam Construction Company VA261-C-0540 SDV-East LLC VA261-C-0419 SF & Associates VA261-C-0418 Total Team Construction A Request for Proposal will only be issued to the above mentioned IDIQ Contractors and a contract will be awarded to the selected IDIQ Contractor to perform the following requirements: A.Background & Project Overview: The San Francisco VA Medical Center campus has very little open space to either expand parking and/or to build any new buildings. The open ground area north and east of Building # 11 has been identified as underutilized, and could be suitable for a small parking lot for small cars and/or for a modular office type building or trailers. Given that concept, this project will design and build a new parking surface that will accommodate parking for small cars and/or support modular type building or office trailers. A Geotechnical Investigation & Evaluation of the campus north slope was completed in November 2008, and another site specific Geotechnical Evaluation is scheduled to be completed prior to March 2010, on the land area north and east of Building # 11. In a previous project for this area, site utilities were already sized and installed for future use. The NAICS Code for this construction project is 236220 with Small Business Size Standard of $33.5 million. The magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
