- COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION: W81F9N91490001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation proposal being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued. There is no solicitation number. For reference use PR Number W81F9N91490001. NAICS Code is 334290 with a SIC of 3669. The Army 411th Combat Support Brigade is soliciting a sole source commercial-item purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13) with Monaco Enterprises, Spokane Valley, WA. The proposel is for one each Monaco Redundant D-21 Fire Alarm Server to be compatible with a existing Monaco Disptch Center fire alarm system.The System is to be delivered and installed in Korea and training be conducted in Korea for personnel in Korea. Training personnel are required to be elegible for Invited Contractor Statues under Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA.) The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. The Requirement will be acquired on a GSA Schedule.
