- RECOVERY This project is an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) action. Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror's meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act. This is a special notice to provide details regarding the scheduled pre-proposal site visit. This meeting will occur on Friday, August 7, 2009, at 9:00 AM EDT. The meeting will be held in the main conference room of the Governors Island headquarters building which is located on the island. Access to the island is provided by ferry from 10 South Street - Battery Maritime Building, Slip 7, New York, New York, 10004-1900. The last ferry departure from Manhattan which will arrive in time for the meeting leaves at 8:15 AM. Meeting attendees must RSVP in advance and provide the information requested below no later than 5:00 PM EDT, on August 4th, 2009. This information shall be emailed to Ms. Robin Fuchs, Contract Specialist, at robin_fuchs@nps.gov. The information required for every attendee is as follows:Name, Company If a vehicle will be brought to the island, the following information is required:Name, Company, Driver's License Number (driver only), Vehicle Make, Model, Color, and License Plate Number. This project is set-aside for HUBZone qualified firms only. See the SBA website at https://eweb1.sba.gov/hubzone/internet concerning qualifying as a HUBZone firm.
