- THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE NECO WEBISTE HTTPS://WWW.NECO.NAVY.MILNO PHONE REQUEST WILL BE HONORED Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard is look to rent Demineralized water trailers with option periods. This will be for an IDIQ contract for a period of performance of date of award to one year thereafter, with year option periods. Commercial procedures of FAR 13.5 will be utilizedPlace of delivery will be San Diego CA. This a full and open comeptition solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered. Propsective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted docuents.
