- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91WAW-09-T-0083. The purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers received from potential Offerors. 1) What video format does the project need to be produced in? e.g. Hi-Definition, Standard Definition. Answer: We would like to have HD 2) Is the final product to be designed for use on an individual computer only? Or does it need to be projected on a large screen? Answer: Designed and delivered with reproduction capability onto Discs 3) How long will the multi-media presentation be? Or is there a range you are looking at e.g. 10-20 min? Answer: Length of time is suggested to be 12-14 minutes 4) Can you provide an approximate budget amount or at least a budget range? Answer: The budget range is $41,000.00 - $51,000.00. 5) Will a joint venture with a HUBzone certified company be considered HUBzone qualified? Answer: Reference: 13 CFR 126.615 A large business may not participate as a prime contractor on a HUBZone award but may participate as a subcontractor to an otherwise qualified HUBZone SBC (Small Business Concern).
