- The COMSEC Facility at Tobyhanna Army Depot is currently in need of upgrading the access control/IDS system to a newer more friendly system that offers the same or higher level of protection with available spare parts and service. This system will require the purchase of software and a replacement of the current control panels. The system must incorporate the existing PIR devices, relay bank configuration, power supplies and wiring as inputs for both alarm and tamper points into the new system. Solicitation will be issued on or after 8/5/2009. Delivery is 60 days after the date of award. FOB Destination Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. NAICS is 561621/$2.5M.
