- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W58RGZ-09-R-0430. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the UH-60 Detector, Ice. Detector, Ice INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 6340 01 117 1222; 6340 01 122 2907; 6040 01 332 5782 Detector, Ice INPUT P/N: 70302-10915-102; 70302-10915-103; 70302-10915-104 Detector, Ice OUTPUT P/N: 70302-10915-104 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 165 and a maximum quantity of 1344 each UH-60 Detector, Ice. This includes FMS quantity of 224 each. This IS NOT A Critical Safety Item. This item is not a commercial item. DMWR-1-6340-207 dated 16 April 2004 has been identified for this requirement. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. The required production schedule to meet current and forecasted requirements is 12 per month for the UH-60 Detector, Ice; NSN 70302-10915-104. Input will be 30 days ARO. Output shall be 90 days ARO. Firms that recognize and perform maintenance and overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. REQUEST FOR SOLICITATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL OR EMAIL. You may MAIL your request to CCAM-AL-M, Attn: Devin L Posey, Contract Specialist, US Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not be closed prior to the closing date stated above.
