Contains job requirements and site conditions Contains instructions and requirements peculiar/specific to Holloman AFB This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E3CE9152AQ01, and is issued as a Request for Quotes(RFQ). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-34. The award is a 100% small business set aside. The associated North American Industry classification system (NAICS) code is 238210, the small business (SB) standard for this code being $14.0 million. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: Parts, materials, and equipment required to install hoist unit assembly in travelling bridge hoist located in high bay of Bldg 1178, per the Statement of Work, (attachment 1). CLIN 0002: Labor charges to accomplish CLIN 0001. CLIN 0003: Parts, materials, and equipment required to install hoist unit assembly in static bridge hoist located in welding shop of Bldg 1178, per the Statement of Work, (attachment 1). CLIN 0004: Labor charges to accomplish CLIN 0003. Offers are due no later than 1400 MDST, 6 August 09, and must be sent to the Point of Contact (POC).
