- solicitation N00421-09-T-0130 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with CTT, Inc. for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The manufacturer must be CTT, Inc. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 10 ea P/N ASN/050-4340-450B, power amplifier CLIN 0002 Quantity 1 lt Ground Shipping Charges based on shipping to St. Inigoes, MD 20684-0010. Award is expected 3 August 2009. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 30 Jul 2009 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
