Solicitation Number: VA-243-09-RI-0337 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: VA NY/NJ Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN3) is seeking sources capable of providing 250+ units of PPE Cabinets (aka Isolation Stations, PPE Dispensers, PPE holders) for the medical facilities of VISN3. This request for information (RFI) is posted for market research purposes ONLY. It is not a solicitation. Product requirements we are seeking: A wall-mounted, closed cabinet which hold 50 gowns or more, 2 sizes of gloves, has a pull out shelf for dressing, and has shelves for storing other types of PPE like goggles, disposable stethoscopes, BP cuffs etc. It also MUST be less than 6 inches deep to meet the fire codes for installing in hallways. All interested parties should provide the following information via e-mail to the Contracting Officer by the stated deadline: 1)Product information and/or company capabilities. 2)GSA/FSS Contract number if applicable. 3)Company information including POC info, Small business/socio-economic status, and client history. Response date (deadline): For planning and scheduling purposes, to insure being included in our market research for this product, responses must be received no later than close of business on Thursday, July 23, 2009.
