- Description
- The United States Air Force through Global Logistics Support Center (GLSC) at Oklahoma City Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is intending to procure spare of Line items cited below for a FFP contract. This is a sole source spare effort to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). 1. Estimated issue date and estimated closing/response date issued 14 Jul 2009, Closes 13 AUG 092. RFP# - FA8119-09-R-00463. PR# - FD2030-09-815514. Nomenclature/Noun - (1) NSN as described below Item 1: L/I 0001, 0002 NSN: 1680011899168MW PN: 400-11197-5. Approved Source PN: 496-896-1027-006. Provides illumination of panel controls and indicators for the Stores Management Panel, NSN 1135-01-280-1507MW. Approximate dimensions are 8.6 inches long by 7.4 inches wide by 0.25 inches thick. Panel front made of plastic material and mounted to a circuit board containing light bulbs, three connectors, 29 lighted push button switches, and mounting screw fasteners. Panel has three openings (one round, one rectangular, and one L-shaped) to expose five switches that penetrate through the panel. 5. NSN - 1680011899168MW6. PN - 400-11197-57. AMC - 4/B Acquire for First Time, directly from actual manufacturer (SOLE SOURCE) This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. 9.
