Critical Application Item. Approved Source: E. I. Dupont De Nemours (55231), P/N 9206M79P15. Government First Article Applies. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. A QCC Code of FCA. Requested delivery is 150 Days ARO. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicited on an Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The quantity is 20739 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 31 July 2009.
