- Justification Solicitation HC1028-09-T-2192 Metaverse software for DISA/GES-E. The solicitation number is HC1028-09-T-2192 (attached). The NAICS code is 541519. The delivery date is 5 days after date of award and support period of performance is 1 August 2009 - 31 July 2010. The statutory authority for Sole Source is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). Companies that can provide the above listed software product must return a copy of the Solicitation not later than 6:30 PM (CST) 17 July 2009 via the following address: tina.book@disa.mil.
