- New Office Building, BLM, Millard County, Fillmore, Utah, approximately 10,000 square feet. The successful contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications referenced in this solicitation package. Work shall include but not be limited to: slab on grade foundation, all framing, plumbing, electrical, data and phone, HVAC, site landscaping and alternative energy sources as described in specifications and drawings. It is anticipated this building shall obtain a LEED Gold rating through the USGBC; specific submittals shall be required by the contractor.
