- Single award term contract for Document Automation and Production Service, Pensacola, FL. Beginning Date of Award and ending July 31, 2010, with four (4) possible options years. Quality Level II is required. These specifications cover the production of a perfect-bound book with a separate cover requiring such operations as electronic prepress, printing (including 4-color process), binding, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 15 orders per year. QUANTITY: Approximately 300 to 2000 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: 40 to 120 pages. TRIM SIZE: 6 x 9". Deliver f.o.b. destination to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. Complete production and delivery is required within 9 workdays. Complete specifications will be available on the Atlanta GPO web site once they are issued. Target date for availability is July 16, 2009.
