- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Qiagen, Inc, 27220 Turnberry Lane, Suite 200, Valencia, CA 91355-1005, for Qiagen EZ1 Advanced XL and accessories. Required are the following: #9001492, EZ1 Advanced XL, Quantity, 1; #9018701, EZ1 Adv XL DNA Tissue Card, Quantity 1; and #9237713, Installation of equipment BR EZ1.CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. If there are shipping and handling charges required, please include them on your quotation; prepay and add is not allowed. This procurement is not set-aside for small business.
