- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Development of a web-based system for managing environmental health survey and investigative data for the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) Division of Environmental Health Services (DEHS). This system must allow for the efficient entry of an entire survey, complaint or other investigation, into the system, including comments, attachments such as digital photos, and other supporting documentation. The system must also allow for scheduing of surveys, including email or other alerts notifying DEHS staff of up coming due dates or appointments. The system must be searchable by facility name, comments, violations, or other queries. System must allow for the migration of data to the existing WEBEHRS system. Indian Health Service intends to award is a fixed-price contract. 100% Small Business set-aside. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS IS FRIDAY, JULY 17, 2009.
