- IQC09173009013: A total of 4 NSN’s will be included in this solicitation as follows: 6150-01-145-5154, 5995-01-539-1014, 5975-01-544-9718, and 5995-01-539-1016. Solicitation will include a term of a base year plus four option years. All items included in this solicitation are not competitive items. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Solicitation will be issued as Unresticted untilizing Other Than Full and Open Competition. Several items do contain a Surge requirement. The solicitation is SPM4A609R0677. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
