- Requirement will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside solicitation for the M203/M203A2 Grenade Launchers to be awarded as a 5 year, Indefinite Delivery Indfinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract. The items to be procured are: M203 Grenade Launcher, NSN: 1010-00-179-6447, P/N: 11838703 and the M203A2 Grenade Launcher, NSN: 1010-01-495-8511, P/N: 1222553. Guaranteed minimum quantities will be stated in the solicitation. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or before 31 August 2009. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501 and 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may dowlowd it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: The solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therfore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of it.
