Description
Campus Map The purpose of this amendment 2 is to answer questions. Should you have further questions, please email them no later than July 17, 2009, 5:00pm EST. Question: Are there any electromechanical relay upgrades included in the scope of work? Answer: No upgrades are part of the scope unless they result from repairs initiated after an inspection of the electrical systems on campus finds issues that require correction. Question: Have you considered breaking this into two solicitations with the first being the development of the program and the second being the implementation of the program? The difficulty is providing a line item quote for the Implementation of Electrical Maintenance Program when that program is not yet written. Answer: Based on evaluations of proposals if the Government determines it is in its best interest to cancel and re-solicit separately for the Implementation of Electrical Maintenance Program, it reserves the right to do so. Question: Were drawings or other site specific information made available at the site visit which would allow us to fully determine the scope of effort required to fulfill your needs? A facility electrical one-line drawing, a list of covered equipment, or possibly a map showing included buildings would be needed to gauge the level of effort required. Answer: There were no drawings or other site specific information made available at the site visit. A campus map was requested during the site visit and is being provided as an attachment with this addendum. There are no one-line drawings being provided. A list of included systems on campus is provided in the Statement of Work Section B. Question: Was the site visit mandatory? Answer: No
