- STATEMENT OF WORK RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services in which the government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Mammal Laboratory located in Seattle, WA is seeking for contractor to arrange and support Conference on Marine Mammals of the Holarctic and US/Russia Marine Mammal Working Group. See attached detailed statement of work for a complete description of services. The government intends to negotiate a firm fixed contract with period of performance of twelve months. It is anticipated that work on this project will start Oct 1, 2009. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government reserves the right to solicit offers based on receipt of affirmative responses to this notice. Only firms that can provide the exact services described herein will be considered. All interested concerns must submit a quotation and documentation demonstrating the qualifications to provide services as described above within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this notice.
