- Description: RECOVERY The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to award on a Sole Source basis with Finch Services, Inc; 1127 Littlestown Pike, Westminster MD 21157-3005. The contractor shall provide all materials, services and equipment to provide one (1) Lastec 3685 Zero Turn articulating Mower, 82" Width, diesel engine, 36 HP Kubota equipped with front lights and four way flashers. Contract period of performance is from 20 July 2009 through 1 November 2009. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be made on the basis of this notice. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The government will not pay for information received. All contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contract Register (CCR) before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
