- Solicitation SPM4A5-09-R-0656 has been replaced by SPM4A5-09-R-0922 as of July 15, 2009. NSN 3110-00-689-8250; Bearing,Roller, Tapered; Purchase Request Number 0022152167. Drawing Item. Origin Inspection required. FOB Destination. Stocked Item. QCC Code of FCA. Requested delivery is 276 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB), only offers from SVDOSB will be considered. Full and Open competitive basis. The quantity is 6554 each. Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) bearing and bearing components. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
