- THIS MODIFICATION IS FOR THE PURPOSE TO OBLIGATE FUNDS TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, has issued a modificaiton using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds to add funding to contract number W912PL-07-C-0022. The contract is for the DESIGN OF RIPARIAN, AQUATIC WETLANDS AND RIVER RESTORATION FOR THE VA SHLY 'AY AKIMEL SALT RIVER ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION PROJECT, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA. The project was awarded using competitive procedures which resulted in the award of a firm fixed price contract. The ARRA funded Modification P00005 to contract W912PL-07-C-0022 work includes DESIGN OF RIPARIAN, AQUATIC WETLANDS AND RIVER RESTORATION FOR THE VA SHLY 'AY AKIMEL SALT RIVER ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION PROJECT, MARICOPA COUNTU, ARIZONA.
