- Description
- RECOVERY The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, etc., to fabricate, machine, cast, forge, weld, process, develop patterns, test, pack, mark, and deliver the gate strut assembly items. All items will need to be delivered Not Later Than 120 days from date of award. Any Government supplied patterns shall be returned to the Government undamaged. Any patterns fabricated by the Contractor for the performance of this contract shall become the property of the Government and shall be crated and delivered to the Government upon completion of the work. No separate payment will be made for furnishing patterns by the Contractor, but shall be included in the unit prices of the respective items.
