- In compliance with the transparency and accountability associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009 the Transportation Security Administration awarded a delivery order under its Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of reduced-size explosive detection system units and ancillary equipment. A firm-fixed price delivery order was issued against an IDIQ contract which was competitively awarded to a small business, Reveal Imaging Technologies, Inc. The delivery order incorporated contract clauses required for projects involving Recovery Act funds.
