- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to EMCOR Government Services, Inc., 320 23rd S. Ste 100, Arlington, VA 22202., Contract Number SLMAQM03C0003. Reference Solicitation Number 1031019ARR11, the U. Department of State, Acquisition Deparment will issue modification M001 against Task Order Contract SAQMMA09F1768 to add Stimulus funds in the amount of $20,761.29 (obligation number: 1031019ARR14) for the purpose of providing continual renovations, repairs, miscellaneous repairs and building systems and equipment in the Shultz Center (aka) SA-42 (FSI/GSACQ), Arlington, VA 22204. As a result of the above modified funding change, the previous stimulus funding obligation is hereby changed from $231,881.45 to read $252,642.74, for an increase of stimulus funding in the amount of $20,761.29. Unless specifically modified under the task order, all other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
