- Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment,supplies and supervision to provide bread and bakery items in accordancewith the terms and conditions of this contract. The Contractor shallprovide bread and bakery items to meet the highest customer servicestandards of the industry in support of the Syracuse, NY VA MedicalCenter. Contract period is October 1, 2009 - September 30, 2010. Theoption to extend for an additional year is available. All items delivered shall be in accordance with the latest FederalHospital Subsistence Guide. All deliveries shall conform in every respect to the provisions of theFederal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and regulations promulgated thereunder.
