- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quotes (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 9TC630 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-34 and DFARS change notice 20090115. This purchase is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 332993 and the size standard is 1,500 employees.. The vendor shall provide the following items: CLIN 0001- 7' x 7' x 7' Type 2 Class ABC US Government K9 Limited Arc Magazine with 4-Way Forklift Pockets, 8,400 lbs. Qty: 2 Each CLIN 0002- Lightning Protection Kit - Includes 2 NFPA Ground Kits Qty: 2 Each CLIN 0003 - Canister - Sand filled aluminum training aid canister with handle and removable lid for placement of training material, approximate weight is 22 lbs each. Qty: 96 Each CLIN 0004 - Dummy Canister - Sand filled aluminum canister with handle. Used to separate specific training aids, approximate weight is 24 lbs each. Qty: 102 Each CLIN 0005 - Storage Rack - Internally mounted aluminum rack with capability for 35 canisters, approximate weight is 191 lbs each. Qty: 6 Each CLIN 0006 - Transport Rack - Aluminum transport box wth the capability of transporting 24 K9 training aid canisters. Designed to fit in the rear of a standard pick up truck, approximate weight is 150 lbs each. Qty: 3 Each CLIN 0007 - Anchor bracket with bolt (6"). Qty: 12 Each CLIN 0008-Total shipping and handling fees to ship items to the delivery location. Qty: 1 Each NOTE: PLEASE INCLUDE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES OF ITEMS.
