Description
FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT TIA LUCAS AT tia.lucas@us.army.mil DESC The U.S. Army is replacing its current line of aging AC-DC power supply PP-4763 for a commercial-off-the-shelf/non-developmental item (COTS-NDI) power supply. The government is seeking to identify vendors who have a ruggedized portable international AC-DC power supply that can meet need for military application and operate in harsh environment from -20 deg Celsius to +55 deg Celsius, designed for High Shock & Vibration applications per MIL-STD-810; also the power supply shall withstand sea water immersion to 10 feet. The input-output hardware connectors shall be the same as the PP-4763 power supply with an on-off circuit breaker switch. The AC input power cable is a male plug drawing number SM-B-633342. The DC output terminal cable clamp strain drawing number is SM-B-640040. The AC-DC power supply specification is as follows: Power input voltage, 85-270VAC, 50-400Hz, 120-380VDC. The output voltage range is 12 to 30VDC; the maximum current is 0 to 60 amperes (full load 60 amperes continuous). Interested parties must identify their manufacturing capability to meet the governments specification. In addition, interested source shall provide range prices from 10-100, 101-200, 201-300, 301-400 and 401-500 and delivery schedule within 90 days after contract award. Any interested sources please send information or email for evaluation starting 15 July 2009 and ending 12 Aug 2009, to U.S. Army, CECOM LCMC Communications Directorate, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-R-MR (Ms. Tia Lucas), Bldg. 1202W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. All information must be submitted and received no later than 12 Aug 2009 for consideration. This is a market survey requesting information only. The submission of this information is for planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items/services, or for the Government to pay for the information received.
