- Contract Clauses Wage Determinations Statement of Work The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is soliciting quotations under Request for Quotations (RFQ) 51904-0022-9 for Parenting Program Instructor Services at the Federal Correctional Complex Pollock (FCC Pollock). Please read the RFQ carefully and be sure that all information requested is included in your quote. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete data. The quote you submit is what will be evaluated. Missing or incomplete data could result in the elimination of your quote from further consideration. In particular, you should complete FAR 52.212-2, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, and furnish detailed explanations regarding how the requirements of the Statement of Work will be met. All communications regarding this RFQ, including any of a technical nature, must be made in writing to the Contracting Officer. Questions will not be answered by telephone or in person, since the questions and the Government’s response will be transmitted in writing to all prospective offerors. Questions or comments may be faxed to the attention of the Contracting Officer at (318)561-5325 or emailed to k4roberts@bop.gov. Please read the important instructions that are incorporated by reference by FAR provision 52.212-1, “Instructions to Offerors–Commercial Items”, and any addendum to the provision. Your quote must be submitted as to be received no later than August 15, 2009, at 1:00p.m. Central Time to the following address: Federal Bureau of Prisons FCC Pollock 1000 Air Base Rd Pollock, LA 71467 Attn: Kerry Roberts, Contracting Officer The Contracting Officer assigned to this procurement is the undersigned.
