- NSN 3110-00-279-9443, Roller, Bearing “Configuration Control Item”. Raytheon Co (82577), Drawing 901782 Rev D., Dated 6/6/88. Approved Source: Timken US LLC (60380), P/N 901782-5. Origin Inspection Required. Critical Application Item. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 167 DARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 24,973 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 6243 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Deliveries will be to the DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Canada) bearing and bearing components. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 4 August 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
