- Subscription: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) for a network subscription license for Ovid Core Biomedical Collection, July 31, 2009 to July 31,2010, including databases and journal packages. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) GAO-09-N-000A. Applicability of FAR Provisions: The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) provisions and Clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference. FAR 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. FAR 52.212-5 - Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. FAR 52-212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, Conditions. FAR 52-249-2, Termination for Convenience of the Government (Fixed-Price). Offerors must submit a quote no later than 2:00pm Monday, July 20, 2009. Quotes may be e-mailed to Darion A. Powell at powelld@gao.gov. Quotes must contain: (1) company name and address, (2) telephone number and fax number and (3) point of contact and e-mail address.
