- This combined synopsis/ solicitation is in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) intends to award a firm-fixed purchase order for 2- Each, 40' x 8' x 8'-6", 14 Gauge Steel ISO Container, Insulated AC, and 1 Each 40' x 8' x 8'-6" 14 Gauge Steel ISO Container, Roof Vent, 120 V Electric Containers to be setup and delivered to the FLETC located at 1300 W. Richey Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico. Containers to include: corner castings on top and bottom corners. Forklift pockets, double swing-out cargo doors at one end, existing 1-1/8" marine-grade, treated plywood container floor, painted gray, 12" Galvanized roof turbine vent for 1 container. Electrical: General Purpose -EMT conduit - surface mount 240/120 vac: Hz: 1 4- 48" x 2 tube fluorescent lights 1-Light switch 1-120V duplex receptacles 1-Circuit breaker distribution panel 1-1-1/4" power penetration Interior components: 76 LF of Lyon steel rivet rack shelving, ½" Plywood bottom - 3-shelves, 16" Deep Equal items are acceptable. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Each offeror is required to enter into https://orca.bpn.gov/ its certifications and representation required by provision FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. The following clauses are checked: FAR 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-1, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, and FAR 52.232-18. Availability of Funds.
