- RECOVERY – THIS ACTION IS FUNDED BY THE RECOVERY ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirement associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, the Transportation Security Administration awarded a fixed price delivery order under its competitively awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of advanced technology system units and ancillary equipment to Rapiscan Systems, Inc The delivery order incorporated contract clauses required for projects involving Recovery Act funds.
